We have booked a block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Chateau Lacombe and at the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald.

A new LRT station has just opened very near the Lister Centre.

The Westin Edmonton and the Courtyard by Marriott are essentially sold out; there may be a few rooms available Friday and Saturday nights only.

Student Accommodations Rooms, both private and traditional dorm rooms, are available in the Lister Centre at the University of Alberta.   Rooms may be reserved by downloading the application form, completing it and returning it by fax or post. Edmonton's Light Rail Transit provides rapid and convenient transportation between the University of Alberta campus (a new station has just opened near the Lister Centre) and the Shaw Conference Centre.
